The ground rules of working with us
Please read these terms carefully before using the Bharat EV website, application process or partner dashboard.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, registering as a partner, or submitting a franchise application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law. Information provided during registration and application (including KYC documents) must be true, complete and up to date. Providing forged or misleading documents may result in immediate rejection and account termination.
3. Franchise application process
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Bharat EV evaluates each application on site feasibility, power availability, local demand and document verification. Stage updates shown in the dashboard (KYC, Survey, Agreement, Installation, Live) are indicative and timelines may vary based on DISCOM approvals and statutory clearances.
4. Payments & invoices
All payments must be made against invoices issued through the dashboard, using the bank or UPI details published there. Bharat EV is not responsible for payments made to unlisted accounts or unauthorised persons. Taxes (GST) are applied as per prevailing law. Invoices unpaid past their due date may delay the next stage of your application.
5. Agreements & issued documents
Franchise agreements, certificates and other documents issued digitally through the dashboard — including documents accepted by clicking "I Agree" — are legally binding on both parties to the extent permitted by the Information Technology Act, 2000. Keep your login credentials confidential; actions performed from your account are attributed to you.
6. Pricing & estimates
Charger prices, earnings figures, ROI projections and payback periods displayed on this website (including the ROI calculator) are indicative estimates based on market research and typical utilisation. They do not constitute a guarantee of income. Actual results depend on location, tariffs, footfall and operational factors.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — logos, text, graphics, calculators and software — is the property of Bharat EV or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharat EV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or delays caused by third parties (DISCOMs, local authorities, logistics partners, force majeure events).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide fraudulent information, or misuse the platform. You may request account closure at any time by contacting contact@bharatev.in, subject to settlement of pending dues.
10. Governing law & disputes
